Cai & Lenard Law Firm will represent interests of a new client - the Association of International Automobile Carriers in Ukraine (AsMAP).

As the AsMAP’s legal adviser, Cai & Lenard will provide a legal support of the public-private partnership project related to the implementation of trilateral agreements between the AsMAP, the International Road Transport Union and the State Customs Service of Ukraine on the introduction of electronic pre-declaration system (TIR-EPD) in Ukraine.

The AsMAP is a guaranteeing association authorized by the International Road Transport Union. The Association ensures the proper implementation of the TIR Convention of 1975 on the territory of Ukraine and includes over two thousand companies, providing cargo and passenger international transportation services.
