Konstantin Pilkov, Cai & Lenard’s Managing Partner, took part in the Winter session of the FINANSIST Club, the main event for Ukrainian financial managers.
During this session Mr. Pilkov presented a report on “Tax Safety Strategies: Legal Recommendations and Forecasts for 2014”. Konstantin Pilkov told the session participants about key trends of the tax policy in 2014, factors that will determine this policy. He also shared some practical advice for Ukrainian taxpayers on defending their rights before tax authorities.
“One of the Ministers of Finances of France said that the art of taxation consists in so plucking the goose as to obtain the largest amount of feathers with the least possible amount of hissing. Sometimes it seems that in Ukraine nobody cares about the unfeathered goose’s hissing,” Konstantin Pilkov commented.
