Future space leaders

Olga Stelmakh, Off-Counsel with the Cai & Lenard Law Firm has been granted an Emerging Space Leaders award of the International Astronautical Federation. 12 young professionals representing different counties and continents were selected for participation in the annual International Astronautical Congress that will be held in Beijing in September 2013. More than 130 candidates from 38 counties of the world were participating in the competition.

Let us recall that the International Astronautical Congress is the world’s largest and renowned international forum that annually gathers several thousands of representatives of the space agencies, industry, international organizations, specialized non-government organizations etc.

Within the framework of technical sessions of the Colloquium on Space Law that will take place during the Congress under the auspices of the International Institute of Space Law Olga will deliver two presentations that were recommended for public speaking as a result of competitive selection.
