From 7 to 25 July Ms. Olga Stelmakh, Of Counsel with the Cai and
Lenard Law Firm, pursued an in-depth course on Public International Law
at the Hague

(mainly practicing international lawyers, diplomats, international
organizations staff members, doctoral students,
professors, etc.). All applicants who

the programme was a unique opportunity to
listen to a series of lectures delivered
by gurus and legends of international law, authoritative international lawyers, in particular by Dr.

by many as a treasury for
research and personal development.
